-St. John's Wort (herb), Gingko Biloba (leaf), Damiana (leaf), Blue Vervain (herb), Hyssop (leaf), Eleuthero (root), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate, Gingko Biloba Extract (leaf).
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearine, rice bran extract, rice extract.
Warnings
- Do not take while taking any mood-altering drugs, or drugs that raise neurotransmitters, unless monitored by a physician.
- Do not take with drugs metabolized by cytochrome P450, as decreased drug effectiveness may occur.
- Cautions to avoid tyramine-containing foods because St. John’s wort is a possible MAO inhibitor, etc., have not been substantiated.
- Hypericin, the concentrated extract, can cause sun sensitivity, however there is not as much concern with the whole herb.
- Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation (e.g. sunlight, tanning) when using this product.
