Suggested Usage

Adults take one capsule twice daily, any time of day with food and a beverage.

Serving size: 1 capsule

Amount per serving:

• Shilajit extract blend  (equivalent to 5000 mg Shilajit powder) 650 mg
• - Shilajit 10:1 extract (20% fulvic acid) 400 mg
• - PrimaVie® Shilajit 4:1 extract (50% fulvic acid) 250 mg

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, dextrin, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin.
