Suggested Usage

When to take:

Rescue BloatT is most effective when taken after meals or in instances of
occasional gas and bloating. For customers who also use Never Been Bitter®,
we recommend using that BEFORE meals to support digestion, whereas
Rescue Bloat™ can be taken after meals for occasional bloating and gas
relief, as well as discomfort associated with bloating.

How to take:

• Take 1 full dropper directly in the mouth (best method)
• Alternatively take 1-2 full droppers in liquid (small glass of water ideally)
• Take up to 6 full droppers per day
