Suggested Usage

Adults: Take one scoop every day in 125mL of water.  Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine because the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered.

Duration of use:  Do not take more than 2 weeks, or if symptoms recur, unless directed by a doctor.

  (carbonic acid sodium salt (1:1), 706.5mg sodium)
• Potassium bicarbonate 293mg
  (carbonic acid potassium salt (1:1), 11.42mg potassium)
• Sodium citrate 51.4mg
  (12.1mg sodium)
• Zinc  10mg
  (gluconate)

Warnings

Do not use, if you are pregnant or on a low salt diet.

Not to be used for children under 12 years of age.

Do not take this product if you have a metabolic or respiratory alkalosis and/or hypocalcemia.

Do not take within two hours of another medicine because the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered.
