Herb Pharm's Plantain is a liquid extract used to cleanse and detoxify the body. Herb Pham prepares their Plantain Extract from fresh (undried) leaf of Plantago major and/or lanceolata plants which are Certified Organically Grown on their own farm. To assure optimal extraction of Plantain's bioactive compounds, Herb Pharm hand-harvests only the young tender leaves, which are then taken directly to their laboratory and promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.

Suggested Usage

Shake Well Before Using.
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, two to five times per day. Best taken between meals.
