Suggested Usage

Aromatic:  Diffuse using 2 to 3 drops per 100 ml of water or use in a personal inhaler.  Topical:  Dilute to 1 to 3% in a carrier. Add a drop or two of Frankincense Frereana in your favorite face cream to help promote smooth, glowing skin. In a diffuser, place several drops of Frankincense Frereana with a drop or two of Palmarosa to help support natural immunity.
