Ingredients

• Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 50 mg 2941%

Other Ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, rice bran extract, rice extract.

Warnings

• Doses above 250 mg/day of B-6 are generally not recommended, as they may cause neuropathy symptoms.
• Large doses of niacin can cause flushing.
