Suggested Usage

Adults: 1 to sprays in each nostril several times a day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. A mild burning sensation is normal.

• Inactive Ingredients: In a base of distilled water, witch hazel, alcohol (7.7% by volume), glycerin and thymol.
