Herb Pharm Fenugreek Liquid Extract is prepared from the seed of Trigonella foenum-graecum plants which are certified organically grown. To assure optimal extraction of Fenugreek's bioactive compounds, the seed is harvested in late summer when fully mature, winnowed free of all chaff, and then thoroughly extracted.

Suggested Usage

Shake well before using.  Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
