Suggested Usage

Stir 1 packet or leveled scoop vigorously into 10 to 12 ounces of any hot or cold, non-carbonated beverage for 20 to 30 seconds and drink slowly with a meal. Take 2 servings a day, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

For canister: gently shake before scooping to ensure the powder is evenly blended.
