Suggested Usage

• Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone) 90 mcg
• Calcium (from Calcium Citrate) 1.0 g (1,000 mg)
• Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide) 500 mg
• Trace Mineral Concentrate (with Alfalfa) 100 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Contains no: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
