Suggested Usage

For optimal results:

Ages 12 and up: 1 teaspoon, 3 times daily
Ages 6-11: 1/2 teaspoon, up to 4 times daily

Take seasonally as needed. Suitable for long term use.

Not for use by children under the age of 6.

Children under the age of 6 may use GaiaKids Bronchial Wellness Syrup.

Shake well before use.
