Suggested Usage

Adults: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice per day between meals, at least two hours after eating or one hour before eating or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water) 

Contains ingredients derived from eggs. Enzymes found in this product use wheat and soy during fermentation. 

Manufactured without milk, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts,
and peanuts. Produced in a facility that may process other
ingredients containing these allergens.
